About Us
Our Mission its to provide a community facility, influenced and directed by local people to meet the needs of Easthall; Barlanark; Wellhouse and Kildermorie communites.
Our Cafe has recently seen a increase in hours and our aim is to attract more residents into the cafe and to give us their ideas of what they would like to see on the menu. We can cater for all your family functions, from finger buffet to a 4 course meal. We also have facilities to cater for private functions; seminars and training workshops.
We devote a lot of time and effort working with the young people of the area, this includes 2 football teams run by Libby Brown and Andrew Gilbert. With a very successful Summer Programme we can sign-up over 80 children for activites. These programmes are all dependent on the hard work of our staff but also our volunteers, and the mothers of the community.
We wecome all visitors to the Centre. Former PM Tony Blair visited us which was met with a lot of good publicity and goodwill but we would like to invite more visitors and users to the Centre, remember it is your Community centre and without your support and commitment we wouldn't be here.
